Claire Desmarets
Partner – Industrial & Sovereignty
Claire specializes in companies at the heart of France's industrial fabric, with a particular focus on supply chain resilience and manufacturing excellence. She has structured and managed investments in more than 20 companies over her career, several of which have become national or European leaders in their categories. Claire is known for her hands-on approach and her ability to identify structural growth opportunities others overlook.
Antoine Lefebvre
Partner – Digital Transformation
Antoine leads Azulis Capital's investments in digital transformation and technology-enabled services. He has a background in strategy consulting and has accompanied numerous SMEs through the complex journey of digital adoption and business model reinvention. His portfolio companies have collectively created hundreds of digital-first jobs across France.
Sophie Marchand
Director – ESG & Sustainable Development
Sophie oversees the integration of ESG practices across the entire Azulis Capital portfolio, working directly with management teams to design and implement meaningful sustainability roadmaps. She joined Azulis from an international sustainability advisory firm and brings both analytical rigor and practical creativity to her work. Sophie is a regular speaker on the intersection of private equity and responsible business.
Julien Brouard
Investment Manager
Julien manages deal origination and due diligence processes, with a focus on the energy transition and well-being sectors. He holds an engineering degree and an MBA, giving him a unique ability to evaluate both the technical and commercial dimensions of investment opportunities. Julien is the driving force behind several of the firm's most recent and innovative portfolio entries.
